Hi, I’m Jass Thethi. The Managing Director and Founder of Intersectional GLAM. I have been described as a Leader of Diversity and Inclusion, Mentor, Philanthropist and pain in the ass to the Status Quo.
I have published and been referenced in academic papers and work from these blog posts are no used in academic archival courses. These writings include thoughts on the sector, practical steps to diversity and inclusion but most importantly – record the journey of a minority in the GLAM sector, the eventual creation of Intersectional GLAM CIC and 2021 Conference: Disrupt and Empower.
